Dr Effat Farag

Dr. Effat Farag is one of the most experienced circumcision practitioners in the area. As a procedural GP accredited with the RACGP, he has been performing circumcisions in the southeast metro Melbourne area for over 25 years. Dr. Farag was surgically trained in Egypt before moving to Australia and gaining his qualifications in the early 90s. His confidence and efficiency, combined with a wealth of experience, make him particularly skilled at handling challenging anatomy and complex cases.

Dr Uday Alhamed

Dr. Uday Alahmed is a highly experienced GP who has been practicing in Dandenong for almost 10 years. Surgically trained in Iraq, Dr. Alahmed moved to Australia and gained his RACGP qualification in 2017. As a procedural GP, he has performed many circumcisions over the past 20 years. Known for his fine attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and compassionate care for patients and families, Dr. Alahmed is a trusted provider in the community.

Dr. George Farag is the most recent addition to the procedural team. Locally trained, he completed his medical training in 2017 and joined the practice in 2022. During his hospital years, Dr. Farag undertook rotations in surgical wards and developed a special interest in minor surgical procedures. With a strong focus on patient education, clear communication, and a perfectionist approach to his work, Dr. Farag ensures the highest level of care.

Dr Farag (senior) is our most experienced circumcision practitioner. He is a procedural GP accredited with the RACGP. He has been performing circumcisions in the south-east metro Melbourne area for over 25 years.
